- Your goods will be delivered by a chosen courier depending on the goods you have ordered. Please check goods for any damages and shortages at point of delivery, you must not sign for the goods if there are any shortages or damages to the goods. If the goods are signed for this will mean that your ordered goods have been delivered in good order. We understand that you may not be able to check the goods thoroughly whilst the courier deliverers the goods, therefore we will need to be informed of any damage or shortages within a reasonable time after delivery.

- We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment and delivery. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. We may send you information which we feel may benefit you either via email or letter. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, and to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. - Returns & Replacements
- We are happy to accept unsuitable items back from our customers provided that our returns procedure is followed, written notification of your intention to return your item(s) is required this must reach us with 7 working days of you receiving the item(s). This can be emailed to info@cheekywink.co.uk.or sent in an alternative written format. Goods must be fit for resale and with their original packaging. All carriage costs and packing of returned items rests with the sender. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive, which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm. If you realise that you need to change your order please contact us and one of our advisors will happy to help you.

- If we do not hold the item you have ordered in stock, then we shall back order your purchase and inform you of the approximate delivery date. If this is not acceptable a full refund shall be given to your card immediately.
